New NET Clinic Starts

The NCCP have appointed Prof. Dermot O’Toole as National Clinical Lead of the Irish Neuroendocrine Tumour Group as part of their national strategy for NETs treatment in Ireland. New Website Launched

A new professionally designed website has been launched by NET Patient Network to provide more medical information, particularly with an Irish focus.  The new website allows us to better inform NET patients of news and events, to provide a smoother registration facility and to establish an active and helpful community of Irish NET patients.

Longterm Illness Scheme

NET Patient Network has written to Dr John Devlin, Deputy CMO at the Department of Health, with a view to having Neuroendocrine Tumour disease included in the HSE Longterm Illness Scheme.  We will continue with our efforts to have NETs included in this scheme.

Carcinoid Crisis Card
